Runners will be called to line up in waves, based on their expected race time:
– Wave Elite: Below 20 mns
– Wave 1: 20 to 24 mns
– Wave 2: 25 to 29 mns
– Wave 3: 30 to 34 mns
– Wave 4: 35 to 39 mns
– Wave 5: 40 mns and above

The 5K timed race will start in successive waves. 5K runners will be asked to line up
   based on their expected race time, ie fastest first. Start Times here
